Identity card, valid tax code of the employer,
pec, e-mail, employer’s mobile number
Mandatory communication
The domestic employer is required to notify INPS within the day before the employment relationship is established, therefore within 24 hours of the previous day, even if it is a holiday. The notification must indicate:
the personal data of the housekeeper
the date of hiring
the termination date if the employment relationship is fixed-term
the type of contract the professional qualification
the economic treatment applied
Communications relating to the termination, transformation and extension of the employment relationship, however, must be communicated within 5 days of the event.
