- Chamber of Commerce Registration
- Registration for the separate management
- VAT attribution certificate
- Municipal license
- Exercise card
- Previous year’s UNICO form + electronic submission receipt
- Balance sheet for the period from 1 January of the current year to the date of submission of the request, stamped and signed by the professional who drew it up
- Copy of the accountant’s identity document and the order card
- Receipt of payment of contributions (form F24)
